Capital Operations: The Essential Path for Media Industry Development in China

This paper examines the necessity of capital operations within China’s media sector, considering both internal and external environmental challenges, as well as the unique characteristics of the media itself. It further assesses the feasibility of capital operations through an analysis of policy, technological, and economic factors. The study concludes that capital operations are a critical and inevitable strategy for the industrialization of the media industry in China.
